Norwex Dryer Balls - Tips

The Norwex Dryer Balls are an excellent chemical-free alternative to using fabric softener and dryer sheets! They are designed to lift and separate your laundry, making fabrics feel softer naturally. They reduce dryer time, static cling and wrinkles (provided that you do not leave the clothes in the dryer for three days like I have a tendency of doing!).

Here are some tips to ensure that you get the most out of your dryer balls:

1. Reduce your drying time. This is important in reducing static. The longer clothes are being tumbled around in the dryer the more friction that is created, resulting in static.
2. Remove lighter materials such as fleece, microfibers, and nylons early, or dry them separately, as these types of materials dry much quicker than others.
3. If you do get static in your clothes, try rubbing a dryer ball on the fabric. (Thanks to my hostess last night for sharing this tip!!)
4. Do not store your dryer balls in the dryer during winter months. They will get cold, and the instant heat that is created when you start your dryer could cause them to split.

I hope you find these tips helpful. If you have any tips you would like to share about these balls or any other Norwex product, I would love to hear from you!
